Evariste Bogutu Bolila

Evariste is the Chief of Staff for the Isangi REDD+ Project in the Tshopo province in the Democratic Republic of Congo (D.R.C).

He began his career as a teacher in 2000 at the Technical Agricultural Institute, Balukola in Yatwengo village in the Isangi Territory DRC. He continued working in Yatwengo Focal Point as the president of civil society, in charge of territorial coordination of Isangi from 2004-2012.

Beginning in 2010, he started supporting the Isangi REDD+ project as a clinometer pointer before joining the Biomass Department as an identifier to support carbon quantification.
