Dominique Isalimba Lomande

Dominique has been the the head of the IT and Maintenance department for the Isangi REDD+ Project since August 2019.

After completing an accelerated computer science training at Institut National de Préparation Professionnelle, Kisangani in 2009, he worked as a Data Entry Clerk at the University of KISANGANI Cyber Coffee, a Data Entry Clerk and Vote Center Computer Technician at the DRC Independent Electoral Commission (2017), and as a Generalist Technician A2 at the WALO Technical Institute in Kisangani city.
